To check or claim warranty for your Recron® sleep products, please follow the given steps:
If you are an existing user, Login using your registered email ID and password.
If you are a new user:
- Click on Register Now.
- On the New User Registration page and provide all the required information.
- Click on Submit.
- After successful registration, login using your email ID and password.
After logging in, to add and claim warranty for your newly purchased product:
- Go to Add New Warranty tab.
- Enter the details of purchase.
- Upload bill for verification.
- Click on Submit.
To check the warranty of previously purchased products, visit the Past Warranties tab.
