4. Restless Leg Syndrome: (4)
It’s a disorder in the part of nervous system that causes an uncomfortable sensation, causing irresistible urge to move your legs.
Symptoms:
1. Difficulty in falling asleep and staying asleep
2. Cramps in legs
3. Swelling in legs
4. Arthritis.
